Steve Payne (Webmaster)

Steve was chair of UROLINK until his 5-year term on BAUS Council expired in June 2006.

Steve is consultant urologist at Manchester Royal Infirmary and his clinical interests are in reconstructive urology and andrology. He is especially interested in urethral surgery, penile reconstruction and the management of infertility. Steve has a major interest in training and standard setting in urology. He is currently the Chairman of the Intercollegiate Board in Urology which is responsible for the FRCS (Urol) exam.

Steve is interested in the organisational and training aspects of working abroad and the development of internet-based resources for dissemination of information about working in both the developing and developed world. He was responsible. with Paul Craig and Ben Jemison, for the development of the UROLINK website; this went live in January 2006.
